Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is the whole point. This policy explains our satisfaction guarantee and how refunds, cancellations, and workmanship issues are handled for services booked through Vasil Home Service.
1. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us within seven (7) days of service. We will return to assess the issue and, where the concern relates to our workmanship, correct it at no additional labor cost to you. Making it right is always our first step.
2. Workmanship Warranty
Labor performed by Vasil professionals is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated in your service documentation (typically a minimum of 30 days, and longer for many project types). Manufacturer warranties apply separately to parts, materials, and equipment.
3. Refunds
- Before work begins: Deposits or pre‑payments for work that has not yet started are refundable, less any non‑recoverable costs already incurred (for example, custom‑ordered materials or restocking fees), which will be disclosed to you.
- After work is completed: Because home services involve labor and materials that cannot be returned, completed work is generally not eligible for a cash refund. Instead, we address concerns under the Satisfaction Guarantee and Workmanship Warranty above. Where a defect cannot be reasonably remedied, we may issue a partial or full refund for the affected portion of the work at our discretion.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded promptly upon verification.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel a standard appointment at no charge by notifying us in advance of your scheduled window.
- Late cancellations, missed appointments, or same‑day cancellations may incur a trip or scheduling fee, which is disclosed before you book.
- Custom orders, special‑order materials, and certain project deposits may be non‑refundable once procurement has begun; this will be disclosed before you commit.
5. Membership & Care Plans
Vasil Care Plan memberships may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. Membership fees already billed are generally non‑refundable, but unused prepaid visits may be honored through the end of the paid term. Specific terms are provided at enrollment.

7. Independent Locations
Some services are performed by independently owned and operated franchised locations. This policy reflects our brand standards; specific remedies are administered by the servicing location consistent with these standards and applicable law.
8. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer‑protection laws. Where local law provides greater protections, those protections apply.
