Vasil Home Service is a home‑services brand operating through company‑run and independently owned franchised locations. The specific location or professional performing your work may be an independently owned and operated business authorized to use the Vasil brand.

2. Requests, Quotes & Scheduling

• Submitting a request or quote form does not create a binding agreement to perform work. It is an invitation for us or a local location to contact you.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an in‑person assessment or if the scope changes.
• Scheduling windows are estimates. We make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and will notify you of significant changes.

3. Pricing & Payment

• You will receive an upfront price before authorized work begins. Additional work requested by you, or conditions discovered during a job, may change the final price with your approval.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service.
• Membership plans (such as Vasil Care Plans) are billed on the cycle disclosed at enrollment and continue until cancelled in accordance with their terms.

4. Workmanship & Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee as described on the Site and any job‑specific documentation. If you are not satisfied with completed work, contact us promptly and we will work in good faith to make it right, subject to the terms of the applicable guarantee or warranty.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your property and the work needed.
• Ensure safe, reasonable access to the work area and disclose known hazards (for example, hidden wiring, asbestos, or pests).
• Obtain any permissions required (for example, HOA or landlord approval) before work begins.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us in advance. Certain services, custom orders, or materials may be subject to cancellation fees, which will be disclosed before you commit. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or submitting false or fraudulent information.
